Download Retro Photoshop Gradient Set
To install the you only have to place the gradients in the presets gradients folder (usually in your Adobe Photoshop folder, inside presets you will find the gradients folder) Open Photoshop and select the gradient tool and then select the gradients palette using the load/replace tool. Then use as normal gradients, in layer effects, etc.

Thanks for the links, I would suggest compressing your files with .zip NOT RAR. Zip is easier and more standard, I don’t think I can open RAR files with a Mac.
